Etymologically speaking 'ethnic' means something connected with a nation or a community that shares a common cultural tradition. Here, ethnica refers to a kid's community sharing common educational ethos and academic excellence. ethnica, also a name of a new institutional era with English as its medium of instruction, tends to make children community deserving to cope with the existing challenges of the new millennium. ethnica also has a never-ending vow to mould character in the mental faculties of the students so that values and virtues along with knowledge can go hand in hand. ethnica hopes all her associates to boldly face a world of contradiction and competition for a better survival. Therefore, ethnica stands for ' A Scholastic way of Teaching'. A dream always remains a dream until it is put into the test of utmost cosmic reality. ethnica believes more in reality than in dream. So it incorporates curriculum of world class quality along with the curriculum of NCTB. ethnica tends to follow such a curriculum, which will be best suited for both body and mind of Bangladeshi students so that they can feel comfort at anywhere in the world. And to serve this purpose, the Management Committee is always in contact with the British, American, Australian, Indian, and other international Educational Councils, in addition to the veteran learned personalities of different field and profession of Bangladesh. ethnica is a name which is true to its spirit. It believes in translating word into action. Thus to maintain quality and excellence, ethnica has recruited skilled and experienced faculties both from inland and abroad. English is a universally spoken language which is not our domestic one both in accent and expression. So to satisfy the demand of modern time and generation, ethnica mostly depends on trained and experienced faculties. As every child is unique, we feel that inclusive learning-teaching environment should be maintained and ethnica at its every step follows it very strictly. It is a fact that our students are now excelling in every field which has been made possible through extensive and effective care stretched out to every individual student. Generally students in most of the institutes conglomerate from multifarious backgrounds i.e. various strata of the society, and ethnica is no exception in this case. ethnica welcomes them to the threshold of its strong and fortified home of learning with a view to giving them facilities which will ensure them reaching their goals. Digitization is an inevitable part of the present day world and we believe that our present set-up has raised us to the global stature and we believe that we will go on marching forward with the changes and developments that take place with the time.
